Demo slots at mashup* event

There are five demo slots available at each mashup* event, they are offered on a first come first served basis and cost £250.00 each, payable in advance. The demo is there to allow companies to show of leading edge technologies and gain feedback from a credible and knowledgeable focus group.

The demo slots work in the following way:

Logo’s of the demo company are presented on www.mashupevent.com web site, with links and some marketing/ sales words, provided by the demo company to a page one the mashup site. This page then provides links to your company.
Depending on timing of confirmation, demo availability will be sent out in the email invites and reminders.
Demo providers are free to blog about their demo on mashupevent site
On the day of the event
1. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up
2. Tables and positions at the event are allocated on a first come basis
3. Demo are available whilst the attendees arrive, register and network
4. At the end of the debate session, immediately before breaking to networking, each demo provider is given 1 minute to pitch to the audience why they should come and see what they are offering in the networking area
  PLEASE NOTE:- the one minute slot is hard work and requires you to script and learn your pitch. Before the event one of the mashup team will want to hear your pitch.
5. Demo will run until about 21.30
Logo and link will remain on the mashup* demo wall of fame for 12 months post event.

In addition

3 employees of the demo providing company will gain free entrance
3 guests can be invited free, expectation is that these will be actual or potential clients, suppliers.
All names, employees and guests, must be provided 48 hours before the event for security and badge printing.

It is most likely that you will only have a WiFi connection and mains power. You will need to provide everything else.
